The magazine in front of you was initiated out of the assumption that every manager’s dream is to become a General Manager, and out of a sincere belief of the team creating this magazine, that this dream is feasible. We believe that the possibility of realizing business success is realistic regardless the circumstances surrounding a manager, since they have lately become often repeated excuse. It is our wish to share our optimism with you – being successful is possible even if one confronts the cruel rules of the market game not just play by them.
