Besides cultural, technical or scientific inventions, every epoch in history was determined by a unique cultural hero, who more or less, represents a paradigm of manliness. Moreover, it represents a distinctive humanity standard role model everybody should look up to. After Oedipus, Faustus, Robinson or James Bond who have been depicted by numerous book pages, the end of the 20th century has engendered a new hero shaped as a contemporary Manager.
