Every GM knows that all processes for successfully running a business are tightly connected and with the failure of a single one the whole system collapses. To prove it, you can take an example of production company where if you don’t receive raw material on time, you will not be able to manufacture the necessary amount of products in time, or if someone does not pay you for your products on time you get into a cash flow problem, which causes the delays in ordering supplies or employee payments. This very rule goes for the process of recruiting personnel which is connected to other activities in running a business. However, to come to the main topic, we have to comprehend its relations with other activities.
